Responsibilities:
Structured requirements gathering and development of system specifications.
Documentation, optimisation, and automation of business processes.
Situational analysis to evaluate business needs and identify challenges or opportunities.
Business case development and workshop facilitation.
Test management and involvement in the software development lifecycle.
Required skills:
Hands-on experience with technology implementations and delivering business-critical solutions.
Experience in financial services, including regulatory change, client onboarding (KYC), payments, or risk and compliance.
A positive, solutions-focused mindset and strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Resilience, adaptability, and a desire for varied, meaningful work.
