This is an exciting opportunity for a Change Manager to join the Tech & Transformation team within a global organisation. As a Change Manager, you will play a critical role in driving and managing organisational change initiatives, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of change strategies, processes, and technologies.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support the adoption and integration of new technology solutions across the business.
Work closely with stakeholders to identify and assess the impact of changes on individuals, teams, and the organisation as a whole.
Provide coaching and support to project teams and leaders to build change management capabilities and ensure effective implementation of change initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
Create and execute change management communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the transformation process.
Conduct change readiness assessments and develop interventions to address resistance and ensure smooth adoption of new technology solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of change management activities with other project deliverables.
Essential skills:
Proven experience as a Change Manager, preferably within the technology and transformation space.
Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute change management strategies and plans.
Experience in conducting change impact assessments and developing change management interventions.
Ability to coach and support project teams and leaders in change management practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential barriers to change.
