Our client is looking for an Administrator to provide technical support to the IT department in relation to BAU and change project activities, including adhoc support to the Facilities department. The candidate will also provide technical support to End Users in respect to hardware, software and systems ensuring that they have continued IT services and able to carry out their roles effectively.
Provide on-site and remote account support to resolve technical problems and issues with hardware and software.
Manage and prioritise support tickets effectively and all support requests are properly logged and tracked via the Service Desk application.
Diagnose and isolate problems; determine and implement solutions in a timely manner.
Ensuring high quality customer service and timely issue resolution.
Installing, troubleshoot and maintaining hardware, software and network applications, including printers.
IT Technical support of industry standard hardware and software through their lifecycle
Process Identity and Access Management requests
Provision of and closing of Active Directory accounts for starters and leavers.
Performing routine inspections and upkeep of existing installations
Follow internal standards (ITSM, ISO27001, GDPR and Change Management)
IT Administration/Documentation (Asset Register, Application Process and Procedures)
Designs user interfaces and works with customers to test applications and assures software and systems quality and functionality.
Experience needed:
Ideally three years’ technical IT experience
Understanding of Microsoft OS’s and Applications inc MS Office, Enterprise, SCCM, endpoint security systems
Knowledge of Citrix, O365, Azure, Mitel, Active Directory, Service Desk Ticketing Platforms
Exposure to IT processes and standards
