Our client is looking for a Platform Support Officer to provide business support and assist with the implementation of key strategic platform initiatives and projects
Responsibilities will include:
Ensuring all issues raised by the business are investigated and resolved in a timely manner.
Acting as a liaison between the Business Applications Management team and the business; translating business requirements into viable specifications.
Writing and executing test plans for test development changes and upgrades, rolling out training to the business, as required.
Identifying and ensuring appropriate controls are in place to mitigate risk. Maximising operational efficiency.
Ensuring good internal communication lines are maintained with all departments.
Your qualifications and skills:
Excellent IT skills.
Five years' experience in a related business/technical analysis and/or change management role.
A proven track record of delivering similar capabilities.
Supporting qualifications.
A willingness to travel to a level necessary to perform the role effectively.
