A well-established Fiduciary business is looking for a Service Desk Analyst who will be responsible for providing first line technical support, establish and develop internal client relationships and build on the reputation of this company’s technology function.
This position will form part of a growing multi-jurisdictional support team, and be responsible for a wide range of technical support and administrative tasks, as well as support with Technology projects as required.
The successful candidate will have 2 - 3 years’ experience in a similar role, as well as having a genuine interest in Technology. The ability to communicate effectively - both verbally and in writing with clients and colleagues is essential for this role. Experience with Exchange/Office 365, Active Directory is desirable.
