The Change Communications Manager is a key role to this organisation and will be responsible for driving employee adoption of change initiatives across group to maximise return on investment whilst writing and delivering communications to support the embedding of change, working within the communications framework. A significant element of the role will be spent designing and supporting delivery of a change programme for a series of projects that aim to reduce the administrative burden on our fee earners. Key responsibilities will be as follows:
Ensuring a consistent process is followed for 'launching change', in consultation with the individuals implementing change.
Develop and use a stakeholder framework to develop a consistent comms framework - devising / delivering campaigns / more consistent and persistent / telling the story / involving people / hearing more voices / encouraging others to take the lead.
Input into the maintenance of the change heat map / one view of all change linking into this all initiatives responsible for (avoiding clashes / conflict / too much at once) – to ensure we can see what change is expected and when.
Liaising with SMEs for change initiatives, upskilling where necessary to ensure the effective deployment of relevant change training, driving the adoption of changes to and process improvements as well as technology developments.
Lead and manage an agreed schedule of activities to educate, upskill and prepare the organisation to adopt good practices and improve client delivery.
Advise and influence key stakeholders to evolve the co-ordination and delivery of change initiatives, building the processes and infrastructure to facilitate successful business implementation.
