Our client is recruiting for an IT Technical Services Manager WHO will be responsible for overseeing the complete IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and end-user computing systems for this organisation.The role involves team management, resource and capacity planning, technical roadmap development, and ensuring IT services meet or exceed contractual SLA requirements, are managed, secure and up to date.
The role has a number of key competencies and experience in the following areas:
In-depth knowledge of server administration, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
Proficiency in managing complex networking environments, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
Experience in end-user computing support, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and software applications.
Understanding of cybersecurity best practices to ensure the security and integrity of IT systems.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a diverse technical team.
Collaborate with stakeholders to create and update the technical roadmap aligning with the organization's goals and objectives.
Ensure all IT services are delivered according to agreed-upon SLAs and KPIs.
Implement IT service improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
