Oversee and manage strategic technology projects, including digital platform integrations and system transformations across the organisation. Leverage project management skills, stakeholder collaboration, and process optimisation to align initiatives with business goals and ensure successful, timely delivery.
Key responsibilities:
Project manage the introduction and integration of new digital solutions to support the group’s strategic goals, including document management systems, technology process enhancements, CRM systems, security / compliance tooling and other emerging technologies.
Drive operational change initiatives, with a primary focus on MS solutions SharePoint, PowerPlatform along with core administration platforms such as Viewpoint, BankClarity, Allvue, and other supporting digital platforms, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
Supporting the technology team in curating and improving systems documentation and change processes, promoting continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain essential project documentation, including user guides, updates to Group Policy and Procedures, and other critical project deliverables to ensure consistency and clarity.
Ensure meticulous documentation and reporting by maintaining comprehensive project records, including initiation documents, action plans, risk logs, and stakeholder communication plans.
Manage and influence stakeholder relationships by engaging with key stakeholders to understand their needs and align project objectives with broader business strategies, ensuring consistent communication and collaboration.
